All poses in this blueprint originate from the pose, Tadasana, which is the True North of all poses in the series. Here at Red Roots Yoga it is my mission to not only show how you an extremely effective way to transform your physical body but to make sure your practice is grounded deeply in your true authentic self.

I came to yoga later in life as a father. I am an office administrator and I found myself in constant joint pain, low energy and barely able to keep up with my little boys. I thought my physically active days were basically over and all I had time for was the office. I met with an old high school friend of mine who is and was a yoga teacher at the time he spoke to me about the importance of self care and the benefits of a yoga practice and how it would enhance so many parts of my life. I’ll honestly admit I was a bit skeptical but totally intrigued and confident my kids could use a dad with more energy so I signed up for a class.

My life changed that first class I was hooked. I immediately started going three days a week then four in just a couple of months my body completely transformed. I couldn’t believe how fast I was gaining mobility and strength. Most of my joint pain started to go away and I found myself in a whole new body and whole new mentality. I then decided to learn as much as I could and the more I learned the better father, worker and musician I became. Basically everything in my life was being positively impacted by my practice. Feeling like I was given a whole new life I decided to make that life dedicated to yoga, teaching and sharing its many gifts with as many others as possible. Which brings us to now the present moment come find yourself and your power catch a class sign up today reach out for event information.
